5-6 JCs (Junior Counselors) – young people with experience in CISV who take on the role of an “older sibling” for the 11-year-old participants – are part of every Village program. You share responsibility for the success of the program – above all, you should be a loving contact person and ensure that the program is fun. You are heavily involved in the planning. “Serious cases” are the responsibility of adults.
