DFW JB Mini-Camp

Hey, CISVers please take the time fill out this form to RSVP to the Sending Love from Texas CISV Spring Mini-camp on Saturday April 13th – 14th.
This Google may take longer than usual so we recommend that you sit down and use a computer instead of your phone.

The deadline to sign up is April 10th

Drop-Off: 6:30 PM April 13th, 2019
Pick-Up: 2:00 PM April 14th, 2019

There is a $40 Registration Fee and an optional $15 payment for a Mini Camp T-Shirt
After deadline, space permitting the fee will be $50
No registrations will be taken at the door

Remember, we need:
★ A Domestic YLIF for every participant
★ A payment made through the provided PayPal link

And would like you to:

Please fill out and bring the mandatory Domestic Youth Legal Form (YLIF) for your child found below to Minicamp.

It will make our live easier if you take the time to fill one out and submit it before moving on.

Recommended Packing list:

Please Bring:
★ A sleeping bag and pillow
★ A change of regular clothes (for next day)
★ PJs
★ Toiletries
★ A Reusable water bottle
★ CISV Spirit!!!

Please don’t Bring:
– Phones
– Foods with peanuts (allergies)
